Hello my friends! This is the post that i just wanted to help everyone with the Wireless/HotSpot Tethering problem. We’ve know that it’s not allowed to tether if you are grandfathered into an unlimited data plan with Verizon. I was tethering pre-ICS using wifi tether for the rooted LG Spectrum 4G. To get your wifi tethering working follow these steps and it should start right up!
Note: I’m not the developer, but the tutorial has been tested and working on my stock rooted ICS now.

How to tether LG Spectrum 4G Steps:
- Download and install the apk file on your phone
- Open it up go into settings
- Give it a try using the generic ICS wlan0 setup
- Make sure to select hostapd for the setup method
