T-Mobile has started rolling out D85110r update for LG G3 owners today. The update is about 261mb but does not include a new Android build. That means the device is still rocking the Android 4.4.2 it had at launch, by hey, don’t worry because LG has said Android 5.0 Lollipop is imminent for its flagship.

You can check out the full changelog below:

New features

  • T-Mobile Free Inflight Texting support

  • Bluetooth connectivity improvements
  • Wi-Fi connectivity improvements
  • UI improvements for T-Mobile Free Inflight Texting suport

The update will come over-the-air and will be released in stages. If you haven’t yet been notified that it’s available, you can manually check by going to Settings>About Phone>Update center>System updates>Check now. If it’s still not available, you’ll have to be patient. If it is, you can install it without needing a computer. Your phone’s battery should be at least half full, and the whole procedure should take anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes.
