Install instructions

1. Install the latest recovery. As of this writing, it is CWMT 6.0.1.1. See other threads in this section for how to obtain and install it.
2. Download the ROM, verify the md5sum, and put it on the root of your sdcard.
3. Download JB 4.1 (not 4.2) gapps from goo.im, verify the md5sum, and put it on the root of your sdcard.
4. Power off your phone.
5. Hold volume-down and power until you see the scary warning screen.
6. Confirm by tapping the power button twice.
7. Make a backup of your current system (use the tar method!)
8. Do a full wipe / factory reset.
9. Install the ROM.
10. Install gapps.
11. Reboot and enjoy.
