In order to update the Sprint LG Optimus G to the latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean ZVB, you have to first flash/return your device back to stock. The file attached below is the official stock ICS zv9 I got from official LG site, and this file is already converted from tot to bin

For now in my option the easiest way to flash the Sprint LG Optimus G is using the LGNPST tool. You can download here:
