O2 has announced that it has started offering the LG Optimus Net today. So let’s see. O2 UK gives you an LG Optimus Net for free if you agree to sign a new two-year contract that will require you to shell out at least £10.50 each month. For that amount of cash, you’ll get 50 minutes, 250 texts, and Internet access (a fair usage policy applies). There are many other plans to choose from, for example, the monthly plans go all the way up to £51 per month (in which case you get unlimited talk and text). 100 MB of data is £3 per month, for 500 MB you’ll need to pay £6, and 1 GB costs £10 every month. Also, you can get the phone up for a much-more reasonable £129.99 on pay as you go, when purchased with the mandatory £10 top-up. LG Android Phones

The LG Optimus Net has a 3.2-inch HVGA display, 800MHz processor, 3.2MP camera with VGA video recording, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 3.0. The phone runs Android 2.3, while we doubt it will be upgraded to 4.0. LG Cell Phone News
