Try to exit all of the applications and/or submenu - so it means you need the start screen before conect to you PC via USB cable.</description>

I&#039;ve set my phone settings to &#039;Data Service&#039;, have installed LG PC Suite and connected my phone with the USB Data Cable, yet EVERY single time it says &#039;Failed to connect the mobile phone to PC&#039;. I don&#039;t get what I am doing wrong.</description>
