A friend of mine got lg viewty phone yesterday night, he found whenever recieve a call and it comes up with a number but not a contact name, as his business requires hime to be able to know who is calling him, that’s really a problem and how to fix it? LG-Viewty info

Today I found a good solution from LG viewty forum, just using the software on the CD provided and editing the contacts & then sending updated information to the phone via USB cable. That would be ok! have a try! LG Phone Problem and solution
