LG to launch the Optimus Black this month in Australia

And now it’s ‘Vodafone’ and ‘Optus’ turn – they will sell the LG Optimus Black starting this month in Australia, according to unwiredview, who have spotted the phone on an LG Australia site with the words “Coming Soon June 2011″ next to it. LG Cell Phone News

In case you forgot, the LG Optimus Black is the first smartphone on the market to feature LG’s new 4-inch NOVA display, and is a high-end device running Android 2.2 Froyo and coming with a single-core 1 GHz TI processor, FM radio, Wi-Fi, GPS, HSPA, Bluetooth, 5MP rear camera with 720p video recording and autofocus, 5MP Rear Camera with autofocus and LED flash and 720p HD video recording, a 2MP front-facing camera, Gesture UI powered by Gyro-sensor, 1,500 mAh Battery, 2GB of internal memory, 512MB of RAM and a microSD slot that can take up to 32GB.
