How to do this? Start LGMDP_EURO and get your LG Renoir connected, Then select the Tools menu then select NV BACKUP. LG-Renoir info

tengo el LG KC910Qa y al momento de hacer el backup no me deja el programa se cierra sin tocarlo y me deja unas carpetas sin nada en su interior que puedo hacer neceito ayudaaaaaaaaaaaaa.!!!!
