LG Optimus GT540 Available in Australia

Officially released in the UK last month, the LG Optimus GT540 Android Phone should be available in Australia beginning tomorrow, via Telstra (Australia’s largest mobile carrier). The LG Optimus GT540 is the second android phone added to its lineup, the first is HTC Desire. LG Cell Phone News

The LG Optimus GT540 is a low-end Android Smartphone, so it comes to Telstra with a relative lower price. The LG Optimus GT540 will be launched by Telstra for $49 with a 2-year contract, or purchased without a contract for $504. LG Android Phones

The LG Optimus GT540 comes equipped with a 3-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen, a 3-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, DivX and Xvid supports, 3.5mm jack and microSD card slot (up to 32GB).

  1. I recntly bought LG GT540 mobile phone. I did not know the SD Card had some mobile phone’s system applications and PC Suite IV on it. Now I cannot use many of the phone’s features like dictionary or copy music/videos/data from my PC.
    Can I get these applications copied on different SD card and install them again since the LG mobile phone dealer is located very far away from where I work.
