LG Optimus Chic Hard Reset Steps:

Open the phone, tap menu from home screen, tap settings –> privacy –> factory data reset –> reset phone –> type your password to get your phone back to factory settings

  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Hold the Home and Volume Down button
  3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on

Well, thats nice – but does it also remove this damn 2.2.1 upgrade?
Because auf this update, Life is no longer good for me! In fact it really sucks.
I lost root and all my favourite apps stoped work :-(
I am desperately looking for downgrade to 2.2.
If not possible I have to go and buy a new phone.
I sucks not to be root on my own device!

Heey, ich verstehe nicht, wie ich die Home Taste und die Leiser Taste gleichzeitig drücken soll, wenn das Handy aus ist.
Muss ich alle Knöpfe gleichzeitig drücken, oder wie geht das ?

That’s wrong! for hard reste you must hold volume down, volume up and press and hold power button

Dudes no software keys does not work until the phone boots. If you want to hard reset your lg e720 (optimus Chic), you need to:
1. Shut down your phone
2. Hold down Volume up and Volume down keys
3. Press Power button and hold these three keys until you see stange menu.
4. In that strange menu you have to use Vol up as UP and respectively Vol down as DOWN. Power key is SELECT

Good luck but that didn’t solved my bluetooth issue

i lost password for factory reset.
i have majer problem in my phone LG LU3100 CDMA, i can not oprate phone he is getting massege force close .
