Today, I find a simple way to launch the LG Optimus Black’s camera from homescreen without the loading screen. It is as simple as this: LG Phone Problem and Solution

1. Open LauncherPRO app (You can download and install the apk from the Android market)
2. Add>Shortcut>Activity
3. Scroll down to Camera and expand it
4. Select: com.android.lgecamera.ArcCamera
5. Click Okay

Open this shortcut will always skip the loading screen and show the Camera directly. Have a nice day. LG-Optimus info
