Today, LG has announced that it would release no less than 12 new Smartphones in India before the end of 2012. More exactly, the first among the new handsets will be the LG Optimus 4X HD (pictured below), which should become available to Indian customers in May. The LG Optimus Vu, Optimus 3D Max, Optimus L7, Optimus L5, and Optimus L3 will follow shortly after, followed by an official rollout. No specific dates have been provided by now, even the prices of its new devices for the Indian market.
The LG Optimus 4X HD has a 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 True HD IPS touchscreen display, 8MP rear camera with 1080p video recording and 1.3MP front-facing camera, a quad-core 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, HSPA+ 21Mbps, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA and HDMI-via-MHL, GPS, a slim 8.9mm profile, a 2150 mAh battery and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
