The LG Optimus 2X is, at the moment, the Android device that is one of the world’s first dual-core smartphones, is now available in Australia. As of now, it’s only available from MobiCity which offers it (unlocked) for 799 Australian dollars (about 820 USD) without any contract. The LG Optimus 2X is eagerly awaited device that rocks NVidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core processor and an 8-megapixel camera with full HD video (1080p) recording capability. Moreover, it also comes with other “standard for Android” goodies like HSPA and WiFi connectivity, GPS, an array of sensors, Bluetooth and so on.
