LG Mobile Software Update Steps

1. Download LG mobile support Tool to PC and execution
2. Click ‘Start upgrading’ (If USB Driver is installed, Connect your phone to PC via USB cable.)
3. After selecting phone model, Install USB Driver
4. Connect Phone via USB cable to PC

Notice: Please back up all the files (through PC Suite etc) before upgrading the phone. We don’t take responsibilities for lost of any files due to user’s carelessness.

PC requirements for LG Mobile Support Tool

• 1GHz or higher Pentium-compatible processor
• At least 256 MB of RAM (memory)
• Windows 2000 (SP4 or later) or Windows XP (SP1 or SP2), Windows Vista
• Administration rights on the PC for software installation
• High-speed Internet connection
