I am on my second LG LX370 an dhave had the same problems with both… different phone, different battery and both the same issue… I try charging it, it shows its charging and yet every time I unplug it, it tells me to recharge it, then it dies. I tried contacting sprint again, and they seem as much at a loss as I am.
