LG Lucid 4G has finally gotten an official release date and pricing. Announced earlier this month, the new upcoming Lucid 4G is made by LG and comes to add to Verizon LTE-equipped line of Android-powered smartphones. LG Android Phones

Available starting March 29 (tomorrow), the LG Lucid 4G is set to go for $79.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. The high-end Android Gingerbread smartphone offers a 4 inch WVGA Nova display protected by Gorilla Glass, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, front-facing camera, a 5-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording, front facing camera, Mobile hotspot (up to 10 devices), DLNA, 4G LTE connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, Wifi, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in memory with an microSD card slot, a 1700mAh battery and Android 2.3 Gingerbread (upgradeable to Ice Cream Sandwich). It’s quite unfortunate that this device runs on Gingerbread, but I am sure that it will get the upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich in no time.
