I upgrade my firmware succesfully. there was said that when I have T-Mobile I cannot upgrade, after my first few attemps to update version I cannot update. But today morning the LG update tool showed me the message that 10j version is available to upgrade.

I dont believe that but I try it and voulia the updgrading process started and did everything without any problems. So if anybody had problem with update you have to download NEW DRIVERS for phone because with old drivers which were realeased for a week ago are NON FUNCTION. after you download new drivers then you can start upgrading process.

i would be really interested to know how u did the update bro-cause im doing it i get an error message after the update reaches 4 percent-it says to turn off remove battery and resume updating process-still tried it with no luck-I am being unable to update
Can i use this version in KC910Q?
i downloaded and installed new drivers and updater software, but then when trying to update, ab error poped up saying there is a problem with activesync.
any idea, anybody?

I get the same message as metalduster at 25% It’s frustrating. How hard can this possibly be? I’ve never had so many problems downloading software before. This is a challenge indeed!

wow i have the same problem as you metalduster and others, but when i reach 50 % it give me the error , and tells remove battery blabla, i do it, but still doesnt work :S
i was stuck with the update at 25% also but This helped me 
Hi. I get the same problem on my phone. I’ve tried so many things since january. But nothings work! Some said you need to remove the Simcard to to this, but its not helping. !
To update the phone correctly make sure sim and mem are out of before upgrading then it will wor takes about 30mins

i followed the lg instructions to the letter. update kept failing. removed sim card and it worked a treat. lg instructions suck. remove all cards first.
my lg kc910 is branded with t-mobile,but i’m using in bulgaria without any problems, i even have bg language… so my question is will this update debrand my phone,cause i want to use the original lg software,not a branded one

What are the benefits of doing to update, and how do i go about doing it?
if anyone could help me that would be great 
I have tried to update via the option in the phone and using the LG support tool, that stops at 37% and says model not supporting software update. Before I found this page it was only getting to 25%, but after removing the sim card it gets to 37%.
Anything else I can try?
I’m in the UK and on 3 network, and on their website it says software update is not supported for LG phones. So is the problem down to certain networks?
