Boost Mobile (Sprint’s prepaid brand) today officially introduced the LG Tribute 5, a new Android handset that first appeared a couple weeks ago. Actually the LG Tribute 5 is just a renamed LG K7, which was unveiled earlier this month alongside with its brother – LG K10.
Specs-wise, the Tribute 5 is powered by a Snapdragon 210 processor with a 1.1GHz quad-core processor, and sports a 5-inch IPS display with 480 x 854 pixels. It comes with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB expandable internal memory, and packs in a 2125 mAh battery.
In terms of camera, the device features a 5MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. It offers LTE connectivity and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
The LG Tribute 5 is now available for purchase in the US, where Boost Mobile is selling it for $99.99 without any contract, since this is a prepaid carrier.
