LG GW300 Factory Reset

If you want to do a factory reset on your LG GW300 and you’ve lost your user code, then you have to entry into the engineering mode. In the following times, you will find it is very easy to do a factory reset without the user code.

When you open your LG GW300, Dial 1809#*500# on your LG GW300 and choose Factory reset. No code required and phone don’t ask: "Are you sure?". All settings will be reset to default values, including the user code (0000 is the default code). Good luck! Hi my LG-GW300 has the headset profile on, so that i cannot talk or hear calls without a headset, how can i turn this off, i cannot find anything in the menus, and have searched the net and manuals with no luck. Can you please Help?

hi there, i’ve had this problem for about 4months, i changed my security code, and forgot what it was, i put in the number for factory reset but it only allows for emergency calls, i’ve called my cell phone provider and LG is there anything i can do? id be sooo greatful. Thankyou.

When I want to switch on my mobile phone, I just see LG GW 300 with a red circle, I see that for a few seconds and than my phone turns off, and back on , back off, … I can’tdo anything.
So does anyone know how to reset my phone using a computer or something else ?

My LG GW300FD only shows the first screen when switched on, the one with the model number, and then gets stuck. So I cant really use the code or do actually reset. Any software or site i can use to help me? pls m desperate!

I also have LG300gw300fdat gossip phone, battery emptied, when plugged in phone keeps turning off and on, as many people on the site also said, I cannot see your replies to them, so I ask the same question, what to do, battery wont charge. Do I reboot?
