LG has begun the rollout of the official Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the G4 in Europe (not available for every unit) starting today. For now it seems as though there’s no OTA but should you connect up to the LG PC Suite you might well find it waiting for you. Once you’ve installed the application and the necessary USB driver for the phone, connect your G4 to the PC via USB and check for the Marshmallow update. This will take a little while, and you’ll be running the latest fashionable mobile OS in town.
The new Android 6.0 Marshmallow require you about 1.55GB for download. According to LG, the update is rolling out in markets like in Portugal, Poland, Romania, Germany, Turkey, U.K., Croatia, Hungary and Switzerland.
If the update is already on your device, be sure to hit up the forums and let other folks know how you’re getting along on Marshmallow.
