LG G3 Beat launched in India for Rs. 25,000

LG has launched its latest mid-range Android smartphone in India: the LG G3 Beat. Customers should be able to find it in stores across the country for Rs. 25,000 (about $420).

The LG G3 Beat is a mini version of the LG G3. It runs Android 4.4.2 Kitat, and features a 5-inch 720p display, a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU, an 8MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP front shooter, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, a microSD card slot, LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, (no Wi-Fi ac here folks), Bluetooth 4.0 LE and a 2450 mAh battery.

In the US, the LG G3 Beat (LG G3 Vigor) should become available starting late this week.
