Following in the footsteps of Germany and the UK, LG Canada has officially announced that it’s going to launch the LG G2 via Rogers, Bell, Telus, Wind Mobile, Videotron, and SaskTel in next few months. And at that time you can find this phone in several online shops, including Best Buy, Target Mobile, Future Shop, The Source, and WIRELESSWAVE.

The LG G2 is the successor to the original LG Optimus G, but it will no longer use the Optimus branding. The high-level Android smartphone will has a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization, a 2.1 MP front camera, a 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, LTE connectivity, NFC and a 3,000 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Its dimensions are 138.5×70.9×8.9 mm.

For now the company didn’t mention the handset’s price and details of release date. So stay tuned.
