LG G Flex 2 gets its Android 5.1.1 update (starting in Korea)

LG today started rolling out an official Android 5.1.1 update to the G Flex 2 in South Korea. The SKT’s version of the LG G4 F510S is now able to receive the update via OTA. The update software version is F510S15b, which as our tipster suggests, means it’s packing Lollipop.

Here is a direct download link for the Lollipop package that will reach F510S users across Korea. The downloadable file is a .kdz one, and in case you need instructions on how to manage that, you should visit XDA Developers.

Obviously, we are expecting the new versions of the OS to be available soon to G Flex 2 owners in other parts of the world.
