Rumor has it that LG is preparing their next-gen smartphone for the world of Android. The device is being called the LG F490L Liger for now, and so far the specs sound rather impressive and their best yet. Based on reports from Blog Of Mobile, this phone will rock LG’s current lineup with an LG-made NUCLUN octa-core processor and multiple other tricks up its sleeve.

According to reports this LG F490L Liger not just sport a powerful octa-core LG Odin NUCLUN processor (four cores clocked at 1.2GHz and four cores clocked at 1.5GHz), but will pack with a 5.9-inch Full HD display with a 1.920 x 1.080 pixels resolution, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13MP main camera with laser auto-focus and 2.1MP front camera, and a 3000mAh battery. We can also see that the LG Liger measures 157.8 x 81.8 x 9.45mm.

If the official announcement is indeed just around the corner then we’ll know all details very soon.
