LG enV Touch (VX11000) tips - Firmware upgrade Over The Air (FOTA):
The LG enV Touch must be flipped open and the internal keyboard used for the entire process. If the device is flipped closed at any time the upgrade will fail. LG-enV touch info
1. Navigate Menu > Settings and Tools > Phone Info > Software Update > Check New.
If and error is received wait 3 minutes and retry.
2. Press OK. 
Software download will take 1 to 2 minutes. 
3. Press OK. Software download will take 1 to 2 minutes. 
4. Navigate Menu > Settings and Tools > Phone Info > SW/HW Version and verify the upgraded version. LG Phone Problem and solution

Just bought a LG KS360 on Ebay. I has Orange network firmware loaded. is there any way it can be converted to AT&T neon firmware?
