LG Dare – master reset

Is it possible to do a master reset on LG dare?

Tap “Menu” then tap “Settings & Tools” – “Phone Settings” – “Security”, for security purposes, enter in the last four digits of your wireless number (default), “Reset Default”, It’s done. LG-Dare info

PS: Restore phone is a complete reset, you will lose everything saved. ex. contacts etc..

Any way to reset ths awfuk dare w/o having to tap and touch? It started doing this really crazy solo jig when it was idle and slowly day by day the touch screen became harder to use; I now cannot unlock my phone at all due to the touchscreen…Any ideas? I dont have insurance and I dont want to use an upgrade because id like to switch to sprint. I passionately hate this phone…If considering a dare, dont…When it rains it pours and if I should need to call in a bigger emergency; that will not be possible..

this reset does not actually delete contacts or anything like that.

My LG N98 shows enter security code on the outer screen& the inner screen seem to show nothing, unless you on it b/4 i can display something on inner screen. Play can i recieve favour on how to solve this problem.
