Remember the LG CX2? Rumored to be the successor to the LG Optimus 3D smartphone. It was leaked a few days ago, complete with it’s first image and some pretty detailed information about its specs. Today, according to GSM-Israel, a very reliable source said the LG CX2 (which obviously just a codename codename, or it may end up being the name under which this device will be sold, only time will tell) would be called LG 3D MAX or rather LG Optimus 3D MAX. Supposed to be unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February, the LG Optimus 3D MAX feature a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (TI OMAP chipset) from Texas Instruments, a 4.3-inch WVGA NOVA 3D display capable of better 2D-to-3D conversion, dual 5MP cameras for capturing 3D content, 8GB internal storage, DLNA, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 21Mbps HSPA-capable radio, NFC functionality and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
