heyyy does anybody know where i can update the software on my phone?? it sometimes keeps hanging on 1 screen and i have to take the battery out just to get it going again

hey im having a proplem with my lg kp500

the proplem is is is suck on the loading screen it wont go to the menu or any thing like that it repets untill u take the battry out
