Hi there, for connecting the phone to the computer, you need the LG Pc Suite for downloading this you need to download this software :

It is confusing because they call the driver wich is the MODEM DRIVER and not the regulary driver for seeing the files

ok everybodi. there are some trucks here , on this phone! u don`t need t install the driver for usb . go to setings , conectivity. usb connection and or mass storage or music sync,,, hopethis help u!

everyone keep saying go to mass storage or whatever to add images and stuff, but no one really explains what to do after, im tryin to add images from my computer to my phone, i got it connected with the usb, and its in usb mass storage mode, but it doesn’t bring up any folders or nothing, what do i do from here? when i installed music the phone took me directly to the music progam i needed to add music, but it not really showing/telling me anything about photos…..i need big time help!

Hey can anybody help?
I have the kp500 and i uploaded some pictures to a friends computer. ever since then it can’t seem to turn on. it only turns one for a brief second, it shows the background picture then shuts down and stays at the LG screen. sometimes it turns back on by itself then does it all over again until i pull the battery out. If anybody has any idea what to do or if i can download anything to fix it please send me a email at natawee089@hotmail.com

look.. i downloaded the iphone theme for the lg cookie ( go to youtube and search lg cookie iphone or somthing )
but im missing the menu…
the lockscreen works but im realy missing my menu.. its black than some body sayd that i needed to add a program/file to my mobile with mass storage..
at last i got to settings and now have usb mass storage .. but if i connect it to the computer nothing happens…
my phone is now dead until i can connect ! help?! how do i get it connected AND NOT WITH PC SUIT!…

I just bought LG KP500. The disk won’t work in the computer, too small, and there is know driver to work on Apple Mac, CAN YOU HELP.

on seeing the good reviews abt lg phone….i have purchased lg cookie pep gd510 yesterday(8/10/10)…the very next day wen i tried to transfer songs via bluetooth…it freezes and switched off…..then after few minutes of trial again it got on…but the problem persists…it started to freeze when i opened the music icon..2gb memory card is provided with the mobile..but for 700mb itself the mobile starts to freeze.and its heating up too..very dissapointed wit the performance..wats the solution for this problem
