but now, I am facing with the same problem like you. I just know that you should try again to connect your cell phone with your computer. It can connect and you don’t forget to unlock your cell phone.

all you need to do is shut down a few of the open applications.for this, press the centre button of the three buttons and you can see which all other applications are open that need to be turned off.
