The qwerty keyboard works fine for me, even with my clumpsy fingers, and it features a lot more than expected when I got it for less than £100. I would say it beats iPhone because it features a better camera, have a 3 inch screen too, the touch works fine and the musicplayer is in top class!

Well, I can’t get it to sync properly with outlook. Calendar, ToDo and notes get synced but the contacts will not transfer. Any ideas? KP500, WinXP

I have also just purchased the phone and the software that came with it which I asume has all the Pc suite on it….Does not work anyone know where I can obtain this as Lg home site are useles and will not help and have no download facility….?

I must be stupid but after downloading the LG PcSuite program on my computer I am still unable to find out how to transfers pictures from the phone to the PC. Any help much appreciated. Phone is LG Cookie KP 501. Lisa

phone is good in all the sense.. especially u can get the advantage of touch screen ehile browsing in ur phone.. but only thing in the phone is while connecting the phone to pc for browsing with pc suite… operators are AIRTEL,VODAFONE & IDEA is available we cannot include any other operator that’s main prob i’m facing with this……..

Whenever I plug the KP500 into my computer, the only way it’s detected is as a music player. I cannot work out how to get photos from my phone to the computer, and I see other people have had this same trouble. Any ideas?

I’ve had this phone for a few months, the touch is excellent, software is excellent, NOT THE BEST, Not as good as iPhone or equivalent – BUT definitely worth it’s cost. It can sometimes lag but only if you’re a power user. The PC Suite SUCKS, worst phone software I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t even work (and I can get ANY hardware/software config working, except this) But connecting by Mass Storage, Music, and Internet work perfect.

Oh and forgot to say, Camera is so-so, not brilliant, but still 3.0 MP isn’t bad on a cheap phone.
P.S anyone looking for PC software, save your time and energy, DON’T bother, just connect it by USB, select Mass Storage on the phone, and go to My Computer, it will appear there.

It’s a pain in a asshole if you buy this phone. I don’t know why these LG guys are manufacturing phones if they can’t.
