I managed to download the updates software from here http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/client/app/B2CAppSetup.exe but when you try to run the update, it does nothing.

The interface on the LG KP500 is extremely slow, the interface is poor and unreliable and the websites are very bad, broken links, incoherent.

I will never buy another LG product again and make sure that nobody I know does either.

LG software is rubbish. Won’t be buying anything from LG again.

ps… HP are an even worse worse company. Avoid anything from them unless you want to simply throw your money away when their shoddy build ‘quality’ self=destructs a few weeks out of warranty

pls can sum one help me out here. I updated my phone with V11C_00 but after the update it gives me different colors on the screen after lg logo and the buttons won’t work. the colors are green, black,orange, yellow, white, blue and purple.

I did it twice but still the same thing. flashing won’t still help me get my phone back.
