LG just announced that it’s ready to begin the global rollout of the Zero, its first all-metal smartphone, will be launched in Taiwan this week, to be followed soon by Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
In case you need a refresh, the mid-range LG Zero was launched in Europe last month. It comes equipped with a 5-inch In-Cell Touch IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera, 16GB of on-board storage, 1.5GB RAM and a 2050 mAh battery. weighs 146 grams, measures 142 x 71.8 x 7.4 mm and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box (upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow).
There is no mention of the release date in the US. But according to GSM Arena, the LG Zero is expected to be available on AT&T in some time soon. So stay tuned.
