The LG Chocolate phone is a mess. I bought one for my son this past Christmas it lasted 7 months and started to have problems. The display was white and my son was only able to talk on speaker. LG Cell phone Reviews

We took it back and and they issued a replacement. The girl said that the replacement might be a “new” LG Chocolate phone and it might not be. It’s completely up to Verizon to decide whether they will send a new one or a refurbished one. Even though we are still under warranty! So, they sent a LG Chocolate phone and it has been one month.. the screen is completely white and my son is no longer able to place or recieve calls on it. He just took the LG Chocolate back tonight… for another replacement. LG-Chocolate info
