  1. This question will show exactly how novice I am. Do I need to download the drivers, root, sdk, and checker to my desktop or phone? Also, the main reason I am looking to root is a tether bypass. What is the minimum I will need for this?? THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

  2. thank you sooooooo much! ive been looking for a easy and fast way to do this; and you explained it very easily. thanks.

  3. Jenni, download drivers, root sdk all on your pc and run the batch file with the phone plugged in a usb. Rootchecker is optional.

  4. Just a friendly fyi the link you have for the IOroot download doesn’t work. Sure most people will find it elsewhere but for those that don’t you can just google Ioroot25 download

  5. ??? It says “device not found” when i click ioroot.bat. My phone only shows “charge only” “MTP” and “PTP” when installing the drivers, shouldn’t there be more?
