As with most other Android phones, I root my LG Optimus Pro C660 using the Z4Root or the Universal Androot apps. However, neither of them does work. Today I tried the SuperOneClick app and follow the tutorial below. It works great without any problem. So now I feel this is worth sharing it with you. LG Android Phones

I don’t understand what you mean in this part:

◦cd (name of which are powered uncompressed zip files) Could you please explain what you mean? I tried to guess but I can´t figure it out.

Also, I was following ADB installation but in the end doesn’t show me the option to install the usb drivers. Anyways, the drivers seem to be installed on the computer. But when performing the ´adb devices´ check on cmd doesn’t show me any serial number… Which I think means there´s something missing. Could you please help me??

I was able to do it once I figured out what I was missing. The thing is, the phone won’t root. I’ve tried gingerbreak, superoneclick, and nothing happens. Help please!!! My phone is an LG C660h.

(name of which are powered uncompressed zip files), this means “the name of adb zip file”. For example, if the adb zip file you downloaded names Root LG Optimus Pro C660, then the result is something like: C: \ Users \ (user name) \ Desktop \ Root LG Optimus Pro C660 \ ADB
