Hello, guys. We found a tutorial about how to root the LG Optimus 3D Max in an easy way. This guide works on my V10C firmware. So, check your phone out before trying this guide. Anyway, good luck.

All things you will need:

• MaxRoot
• LGP725_AP[00]

Okay, let’s get starting:

1. Make sure your phone with USB debugging (by going to Menu, Settings, Applications, Development and checking USB debugging.)
2. Connect your LG Optimus 3D Max to PC
3. Extract the MaxRoot.rar and run rooting.bat
4. Enter in S/W update mode by holding “volume -” button
5. Launch the B2CAppSetup.exe (you can find the file in MaxRoot.rar)
6. In the LGMobile Support Tool (B2CAppSetup.exe) click on Customer Support -> Recovery Phone
7. Choose Model : LGP720
8. Input your IMEI from your phone or box into the S/N box and then click “check”
9. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LGMOBILEAX\Phone
10. Swap the LGP725_AP[00] when the file appears
11. Wait for the recovery ends
12. Now your LG Optimus 3D Max should be successfully rooted.
