Here is a tutorial on how to flash a LG Optimus L3, it is easy to understand for everyone.

Before you proceed, you need to understand one thing: I’m not responsible for any damage or brick, you are doing this at your own risk! Let’s start flashing.

Procedure to flash LG Optimus L3:

1. First of all you need to download Downloaded the original firmware from here. http://www.lg-phones.org/official-lg-optimus-l3-firmware-download.html
2. Then download the firmware updating software KDZ_firmware_updater and extract it to a folder. Install msxml on your windows pc by double clicking it.
3. Connect your LG Optimus L3 and run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe without turning on USB storage on your phone.
4. In the software window, select Type as 3GQCT
5. Select PhoneMode as DIAG
6. In the place where you have to give path for KDZ file, select the Firmware a.k.a ROM you have downloaded using the link you made for your country specific firmware.
7. Click “Launch software update” and wait for about 10 minutes. The screen will then say “Emergency mode”. Just wait and let it reboot.

Caution: Don’t unplug the USB cable until the setup has finished.
