How to Flash .kdz on LG Optimus 3D

Ok LG Optimus 3D owners, here’s a great tip! reddoors presents an interesting tutorial on how to install kdz firmware on your LG Optimus 3D. All things you will need before flashing your LG Optimus 3D:

  1. DOWNLOAD: http://www.filesonic.com/file/2255759914/KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.zip
  2. DRIVERS: http://www.filesonic.com/file/MCCI(r)FirmwareUpdateDriverforMTK.zip
  3. V10k(latest) http://www.filesonic.com/file/2257676161/V10K_00.kdz
  4. V10j http://www.filesonic.com/file/2255849284/V10J_00.kdz
  5. V10d http://www.filesonic.com/file/2356508371/V10D_00.kdz

How to flash LG Optimus 3D with a kdz file steps: LG Phone Problem and Solution

  1. Download KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.zip
  2. Install B2CAppSetup.exe (if you don’t have) B2CAppSetup.exe
  3. Install USB drivers from this program (if you don’t have)
  4. Turn on “debug mode” in phone (menu/settings/application/development/USB debugging), then plug in into computer.
  5. Wait for driver installation.
  6. Install Msxml.msi (right button in mouse)
  7. Use Enabler.exe and turn to “ON”
  8. Turn On UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe .select your KDZ file. Set emeregency, 3gQCT as pictured and press “NORMALL WEB UPGRADE TEST. (on screenshot)
  9. Flash starts automatically.

After flashing LG Optimus 3D reboots automatically. LG-Optimus info

Caution: You flash it at your own risk. Backup everything

whoa..i thought i was a goner back there when it asks me to reset..i was so confused..haha..but then everything was very successful though it was a bit rough for me..thank you so much for this help..100% respect for you..
it took 2hours for me to understand everything.. elapsed time: 20m:13s.. thankyou again..

In the 8th step when I click update start
it just opens b2c app, I doesn’t get the last screen shot in step 8 help

me neader can’t get “clear phone software update registry” option, the b2c is connectig to internet update wich is not working. I have tried update to v21b
