This is a experimental Build of the current state of CyanogenMod 9 for the LG Optimus 2X and T-Mobile G2X. CM 9 is based on latest AOSP sources plus some useful tweaks and features.
CyanogenMod 9 for LG Optimus 2X P990:
CyanogenMod 9 for T-Mobile G2X P999:
Gapps for CyanogenMod 9:
What works: LG Android Phones
- CDMA Radio (including 3G, calls, text)
- Speakerphone
- SMS/MMS
- GPS
- Data usage monitor
- Wifi
- Sensors
- Audio
- DSP Manager (no issues for me)
- Google Talk
- SD Card
- Voice Input
- Charging
- USB
- CPU Lock
What doesn’t work:
- GSM
- Bluetooth
- 1% Battery (doesn’t work on any CM9 roms as far as I know)
- Camera (Might not work for a while if at all)
Known bugs + workarounds:
- Status Bar tweak to change battery percentage/icon/hide doesn’t work.
- GPS must be turned on and off through settings or notification bar, NOT a 3rd party app like Quick Settings
- No media acceleration: No video decoding, no video encoding
- Apps made for Android 4 with their own specific graphics implementations (Chrome is a good example) will be glitchy
