My friend asked if I had any issues with my battery life on my Verizon LG enV Touch, I said yes and she said there was a new update for this phone which was released on 6/11 to help with battery life. This was not the OTA update to version 03, but an update which is done when you call *228, and select option 1, we went through the update process and she was very specific about after dialing *228 and hitting send, you have to open the phone and use the internal keyboard to continue the update (select 1) and have the phone updated (do not use the external soft keys). Sync your LG enV Touch by using the Bitpim (download) >Brew>Mod>10889>Ringtones>Default. Accessed them just fine on my phone and was able to save one of the files, so they don’t seem to be restricted. Custom ringtones are loaded one folder up.

First back up all your contacts images sms(or every thing)stored on your LG Cookie Phone memory. Go to settings–select phone settings–select memory manager—select handset reserved memory and press clear all all the data on your phone memory will be erased and the icon will disappear…..this worked for me hope it works for you.
