If you have issues connecting to cdma workshop, or lgnpst, or bitpim or any other program, I am so glad to tell you that you come to the right site. I found the easiest way for you to do this. LG Phone Problem and Solution

1. Dial ##LGSERVICEMENU [SEND]
Choose Data –> Port Map –> Diag –> Make sure it’s "USB" (mine was at "NULL" or none), Exit out of this service menu
2. Go to Settings –> Phone Settings –> Security –> Reset Defaults
Phone will ask you to confirm the reset, choose yes, and it
will reset the phone to factory defaults.
Now, the phone will be detected normally, and you can continue like usual.
PS. I’m not sure if both steps are required, but that is what fixed this problem for me. I didn’t plug it back into the computer until I had done both, so I don’t know which step fixed it. It may be #2 fixes #1 (puts diag back to USB, which is the default, instead of NULL). Or maybe #2 resets other stuff too, I dunno, but I was happy it worked! LG Versa music player problem fix steps:
- Format the microSD card in the phone.
- Place the music in the "My_Music" folder. DO NOT use sub-folders of any kind.
- Ensure the music is either in .MP3 or .WMA format.
- Make sure the name of the music files are less than 40 characters in length.

PS: Flashing will erase all the data from the phone.
Tools Required for Flashing:
1. Download .fls Firmware(GC900AT-00-V10b-454-XXX-JUN-12-2009 +0. Fls)

2. Download FlashTool Program: FlashTool_E2.zip
3. Download File. IFWD_DownloadDll.dll
Procedure:
1. Extract FlashTool_E2.zip to C:\FLASHE2 folder
2. Copy IFWD_DownloadDll.dll to C:\FLASHE2 folder
3. Copy firmware.fls to the folder : C:\FLASHE2
4. Switch off your phone. Do not connect the USB cable.
5. Remove the memory card, SIM card and battery from the phone.
6. Start c: \ FLASHE2 \ FlashTool_E2.exe
7. In file menu choose "USB Map Wizard", then click "next" button.
