Connect your LG Incite via USB to your PC. On your PC go to your Network Connections (windows xp) or the equivalent for your platform. Make sure the phone shows up as a Local Area Connection. (it will say Windows Mobile-based Device as the interface) LG Phone Problem and solution
On your LG Incite, go to Start -> Programs -> Internet Sharing
Select USB under PC Connection.
Select MediaNet under Network Connection.
Hit "Connect"
If you connect your phone to the PC using bluetooth, just select "Bluetooth PAN" under PC Connection.
On your PC look at the Status of the LAC and the IP should be a 192.x.x.x address.
