Okay guys, here are the LG enV2 Wap Settings for MetroPCS which I pasted from howardforum. However this tutorial I haven’t tried, let me know if it worked! or if you still get problems, thanks. LG Phone Problem and Solution

##PROGRAM9100 (hit send)
password: all zeros

LG enV2 Wap Settings:

Proxy Address: wap.metropcs.NET (for both, no caps)
Proxy Port: 3128 (for both) LG-enV2 info
leave security port alone, or if you messed it up it should be 0443 i believe.
username: yourtendigitnumber@mymetropcs.COM (no caps)
password: six zeros
homepage: anything you want, try m.yahoo.com
after that all resets you also have to change whats called NAI settings:
back to ##PROGRAM9100 menu, this time go to (4) Data>>>
1. MIP settings >> 8. NAI Setting >>>
okay here, only the SIPs (simple IP) should be changed, the MIPs (multiple IPs) you should edit and leave blank.
so 1 and 2 (SIP NAI and SIP DUN NAI) change them both to yourtendigitnumber@mymetropcs.COM (no caps). 3 and 4 (MIP NAI and MIP DUN NAI) leave blank and save it.
that should do the trick guys, you should get ur PAID FOR, metroWeb working.

I have had the Verizon LG enV2 for about 12 months, after a week that I learned how to use this phone properly, it is the best phone I have ever own finally. The Verizon LG enV2 is good for texting (I do a lot of texting and find this phone is perfect for my needs), there is some clear coating that does peel off the front keyboard but that’s pretty much a non-issue for me compared to functionality. I want a flash on the Verizon LG enV2 camera (there was a flash on the original) and the camera quality overall just isn’t as high quality.(someone told me the phone takes a clear pics, I don’t agree with them). The MP3 player on the phone is decent. The battery life is amazing, it is significantly better than the Verizon LG enV3, this phone has a long battery life, once you get down to the last 2 bars, I would plug it up–they go fast at the end! I’m a little annoyed that how easy it pocket dials, unless you want to use your security code every time you want to use it. LG-enV2 info

A: Sure, edit the 30 1E 00 to 30 1E 20 in the beginning of the paramtable1.fil, just like with every other LG phone. Then you can edit the homepage from the WAP Settings menu in the Service Menu. LG Phone Problem and solution

Q: Is there a way for the LG enV2 to play mp3 files without subscribing to VCAST and without using MicroSD card? Where is the "my music" folder hidden? I do not see that using BitPim under media. I only see video, images, sounds and ringers. LG Phone Problem and solution

A: Filesystem->mod->10889 (drop it in 10889, not in the ringtones folder inside).

One day I misstyped one in the LG enV2 phone but I can’t seem to delete it. I can delete individual contacts from a group but not the entire group. LG Phone Problem and solution

Go to CONTACTS >> GROUPS
select the Group you want to delete
Go to OPTIONS and scroll down to ERASE.

My friend has just got the LG env2 phone, She loves everything about it except the locking/unlocking feature!!! LG Phone Problem and solution

How to get the LG env2 phone to lock quicker? She dont’ want to put it in her purse without it being locked, taken it out, and it’s either dialed some weird thing, or on some strange menu choice because the buttons were being pushed. LG-enV2 info

And her LG env2 phone autodials someone in her address book, the last number sge dialed, a random string — anything. Sometimes the “OK” button gets pressed accidentally and it dials random numbers constantly. As a result, the LG env2 phone’s battery wears down WAY TOO FAST.
