I just got my Verizon LG enV Touch a couple weeks ago, the website URL navigation worked fine initially, then stop working then reboot itself during web browsing. I called Verizon tech support with no fix and I made it all the way up the chain of help. I went to the store and upgraded the firmware from 03 to 04, unfortunately, the issue still exists. I then stumbled upon the clear browser cache option somewhere with in the web browser menu and all was well. It seems to need to be cleared out on occasion. Hopefully this helps. LG-enV touch info

What is the code to get into the service menu on the Verizon LG enV Touch?

Enter ##776472611000 (##PROGRAM11000) send, you will then be prompted for the service code, Enter: 000000 and you will be in the service menu. Dial ##lgservicemenu and then press send, then enter 000000 and you will be in the LG service menu.  LG-enV touch info

What exactly can I do in the Service Menu?

1. Proxy address setting (two subfolders, for primary and secondary. Default for primary: gw.vzwwap.com, Default for secondary: gw1.vzwwap.com)
2. Proxy Port setting (two subfolders for primary and secondary. Default for primary: 8080, Default for secondary: 8080)
3. TLS/HTTPS Security port setting (two subfolders, for primary and secondary. Default for primary: 0443, Default for secondary: 0443)
4. User Name (default: a phone number. I think it’s my primary account holder’s phone number)
5. User Password (default: vzw)
6. Homepage (default: http://homepage)
