Step 2: Tap the 2nd button on the bottom left hand side. You should now be in the dial pad. LG-enV touch info

Step 3: Type: ##PROGRAM11000 (##776472611000) and tap "Call".

Step 4: Service menu should say: "Service Code: ????" Type: 000000

You have successfully accessed the service menu! You are now able to change almost anything in your phone without access to a computer.

I was looking at a forum site for the LG enV2 and found some techniques that work on the Verizon LG enV Touch:
##LGSERVICEMENU (Service Code: 000000)
Contains:
1. All Auto Test -LG
2. Field Tests -LG
3. Data -LG
4. SMS -LG
5. H/W Test -LG
6. FCC Test -LG
7. WAP Setting -LG
8. Media Center Settings -LG
9. Battery Test -LG
10. Music Setting -LG
11. Touchscreen -LG
12. Bluetooth setting -LG
13. AVR TEST -LG
14. Test Mode
15. Bluetooth Test
16. Audio Setting -LG
Each of those options has its own specific menu as well.
##FEATURE (Service Code: 000000)
Feature Enable/Disable:
1. Cable DUN
2. BT DUN
##DEBUG
This doesn’t work, but it exists. On the LG enV2, it brings up a list of data, but on the Touch it brings up the basic format in a way that is broken and illegible.
These menus should open up the LG enV Touch to more intricate tweaking (someone on the LG enV2 forum said that they were able to send out 7-minute-long files after tweaking some parameter, but didn’t say which).
