I just noticed that when in the LG Dare display settings, if you press and hold on the icon to the left of the setting (i.e. the "A" on the left of the Menu Fonts Option) and hold if for about 2 or 3 seconds, it brings up a screen that allows you to scroll left and right with the new option set, you can also change it with the drop down menu on the top. it works for Charging Screen, Display Themes, Menu Fonts, Dial Fonts, and Clock Format. While i was texting on the qwerty keyboard on my LG Dare, I noticed that if you pressed on a letter you didn’t want, if your finger is still on the letter you can drag your finger to the correct letter and it will automatically put in the letter you wanted! hope this tip helps. LG-Dare info

The Verizon LG Dare is probably touch screen one of the best phones I have ever owned. I have had the phone for 8 months now, I was upgrading from a LG voyager and I’m so glad I went with the Verizon LG Dare. The touch-screen keyboard is not very good for texting and touch screen is too sensitive for my big hands. The keyboard is great but sometimes a little heavy. The camera is great & convenient so I don’t have to carry my digital camera around. The full browser is amazing.
