I just have a glance at LG Dare forum that somebody said he had succeeded to connect LG Dare to the Garmin nuvi 770 GPS. The LG Dare is not on their small list of compatible bluetooth phones with their GPS units, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t work. LG Cell phone Software
Firstly, update your LG Dare to v06 and updated the software on your nuvi 770, and it works exactly great. The Garmin nuvi 770 GPS’s bluetooth, fm transmitter and microphone success! Navigation is good. LG-Dare info

Someone asked me how to run the Symbian O.S. on the LG Dare?

Symbian license the OS out to Sony and Samsung. The LG Dare runs a proprietary operating system. So it’s mean that the LG Dare doesn’t “run” Symbian actually.
I’d like to be able to put text files (specifically, the text of e-mail I receive from a list I’m subscribed to) on my LG Dare and then be able to read them (like on during my break at work). However, the LG Dare is not capable of displaying actual text files. LG-Dare info
