I purchased the LG Cookie about 5 months ago and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations in terms of the features. It works great with TMobile in the USA. I inserted the SIM card an viola, I was up and running I have not had any problems with reception and the call quality is good. The LG Cookie has a rubbery feel to it (doesn’t scratch easy) and a beautiful screen. Sometimes the touch screen doesn’t respond on the first tap, but it is not a huge problem and is probably no worse than any other touch screen phone. LG-Cookie info

This LG Cookie phone works well as far as phone and text messaging is concerned. The camera is not good enough, the 2MP on both my Sony Ericsson and now my Nokia are exponentially better than this camera. Charger is multi-capable, 220VAC/120VAC with adapter for US/International mains receptacles. Battery life is terrific, and it didn’t take long to charge up initially. LG Cell Phone Reviews

All I can say is that the LG KS20 Smartphone is really good. Of course, there is always room for improvement, but for the relative price among other smart phones, it beats out the others. I would recommend getting an alternative browser to IE Mobile such as SkyFire. Using my home WiFi (23000 down/6000 up), the browsing speeds are extremely quick and as an added bonus, SkyFire is compatible with most if not all Flash applications (such as video streaming) on your phone.  LG Cell Phone Reviews

The battery life is also ridiculous considering the size and weight. This is most likely due to the fact that the phone actually goes into a "turn off standby" when not in use, shutting down the LCD and Godknowswhat. Indeed, the LG KS20 Smartphone IS a fingerprint magnet, but hey, aren’t all good looking phones like that these days. The 2.0 mp camera is outstanding for its class. Compared with many other 2 mp’s the ks20 really outshines the rest in terms of latency and quality. Some minor cons that I would like to address are the fact that the touchscreen is indeed a TFT touchscreen, meaning its plastic and utilizes a dot-matrix style pressure sensor on the surface on the screen.

The AT&T LG Incite Smartphone has a very nice sleek design. It’s lightweight and fits very nicely in your pocket or in a case clipped to your side or your purse. It is a fingerprint magnet, so you will need to get a little cleaning cloth to wipe it down every now and then. The buttons on the outside of the phone work very well and the 3.5 mm headphone jack is great. The battery life is very good. I can get online, play games, and do other things on my phone for hours and still have plenty of battery life to last me the whole day and then some. I’ve had my LG Incite Smartphone on for a couple days and still had a lot of battery life left. My old phone I had to charge it everyday, so I love that I can go a couple days without having to worry about charging it. LG Cell Phone Reviews

The touchscreen is overall very responsive. At first it was hard to get it to respond to small icons like checkboxes, but after using it for a while I’ve found where on the screen I need to press in order for it to recognize my actions and it doesn’t bother me. The items in the Windows Start Menu are don’t respond right away sometimes, but when again after playing around with it I’ve found how to press certain things to get them to work right. All the menus and everything else works great including the full screen QWERTY keyboard. LG-Incite info
