SK Telecom today introduced its next Android smartphone, LG’s latest 4G LTE-capable Optimus LTE III, which was first unveiled at MWC in Barcelona last month.
No doubt the LG Optimus LTE III is the successor to the Optimus LTE II and improves on its brother with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Also the latest version sports a 4.7-inch 720×1280 IPS display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8MP camera, LG’s software UX tweaks and apps and a sizeable 2540mAh battery. The LG Optimus LTE III will be available in two colors: black and white .

Remember the LG Optimus LTE II? It’s a decent Android smartphone that was launched last Spring. But here we are talking about the LG Optimus LTE III, rumored that it will be third device to join LG’s Optimus LTE series. The image and the specifications of the phone have been leaked and the smartphone is rumored to be launched later this year via SK Telecom with the model number LG F260S.
The news comes from the guys at ameblo.jp, who spotted a product page for the LG Optimus LTE III, along an unofficial image for the device.
The upgraded version of LG Optimus LTE series is rumored to come out with a large 720p display, a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, 2,540 mAh battery and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
A release date for the LG Optimus LTE III has not been released as of yet, nor has any regional pricing been suggested.

LG has officially announced its new F Series Android smartphones, which, as last month leaked, are: Optimus F5 and Optimus F7.
According to the official documents from LG, both devices will support 4G LTE and run the latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and come with an assortment of LG custom software, such as QuickMemo and Q Slide, which were previously only available on premium smartphones.

The news didn’t bring us a price, or a release date. The LG Optimus F5 should hit the market starting the second quarter of the year, while the LG Optimus F7 will arrive a bit late.
Both LG Optimus F5 and Optimus F7 will debut globally by LG later this week at Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona.
